We would like to inform you of an identified issue impacting billing integrations. Due to this incident, incorrect dates may have been transmitted to PSA systems for Azure Reserved Instances (RI) and products supplied by external vendors. These dates may reflect the upcoming invoice period rather than the current one.
Our team is actively working on a resolution and will implement a fix as quickly as possible. We will provide updates as progress is made and notify you once the correction has been fully deployed.
