We have currently identified an issue affecting Azure invoicing for customers in the USA.
Impact Level: Partial Outage
We’ve identified an issue affecting Azure invoicing for customers based in the United States. Some invoices may currently show lower-than-expected charges due to missing usage data from May.
Please note:
- Your actual Azure usage is not impacted and continues to be tracked accurately.
- The discrepancy is limited to how usage is currently reflected in invoices.
Current Status
We’ve confirmed that this issue stems from a Microsoft billing data integration failure, where May usage data was not delivered by Microsoft as expected.
Our team is actively working with Microsoft to:
- Restore the missing usage data
- Ensure invoices are updated to reflect accurate billing
Next Update: We will continue to monitor progress and provide our next update by 1:45pm EDT.
